How fit is Dan… really?
In this video, Dan puts himself to the test—literally—to find out how far off he is from peak cycling shape. With a huge endurance ride coming up in just 10 weeks (bigger than anything he tackled during his pro days!), It’s time to knuckle down.
First up: a brutal FTP test on Zwift’s The Grade climb. His legs did not thank him. But with the help of top coach Simon Jones, Dan now has a brand new training plan to help boost his power and fitness.
